I don’t need a dedicated coffee runner or special attention. I don’t complain when things go wrong or walk off set. I just respond fast, meet deadlines, show up on time, adapt, and stay until the work’s finished.

How much does architectural photography cost?
I’d love to give a one-size-fits-all answer, but there are simply too many variables. For example, architectural projects and hospitality projects need different licenses and have vastly different audiences. Some apartment complexes need a more documentary approach. Some projects require multi-day sessions. Others require extensive travel. And while I typically do a creative fee + per-image rate, some clients ask me to work within their budget or to offer a flat package price. I accommodate these requests as much as reasonably possible.
Do you travel outside Nashville?
Yes: Huntsville, Birmingham, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, and nationwide. I photograph architecture in 30 or more states in a typical year.
What image rights do I have?
Your license is perpetual, has no territory limit, and is non-exclusive; I keep the copyright and all rights. It covers your own marketing, design-award submissions, and editorial publication at no additional charge. A photo credit isn’t required, but I appreciate one. The one restriction: images can’t be handed to other vendors without an extended license. A third party can license directly from me, or you can buy an extended license that covers their use.
How quickly can you schedule a shoot?
Generally speaking, I can get you on the schedule within 2-4 weeks during spring and fall, and within 1-2 weeks in summer and winter. Rush options are sometimes available.
How quickly do you deliver photos?
10 business days, sometimes faster, and rush is sometimes available. You’ll get full-resolution JPGs, with other formats on request. A typical shoot day yields 10 to 20 finished images.
What don’t you photograph?
I don’t shoot weddings, portrait sessions, events, or standard real-estate listing photography. I do shoot high-end residential architecture, and I’ll do corporate headshots on request.
