Seth Parker presents, fresh off the press

Monday Night Brewing

The photo session

Monday Night started in an Atlanta garage in 2006 and sold its first commercial beer in 2011. When it landed in Nashville, the Neuhoff District was still years from opening — so for three years this taproom was the reason to come to a construction site. It’s still here in 2026, under the name the venue carries now: Monday Night Preservation Co.

First In

From the Air

My credits on this one are architecture, hospitality, and drone — and the drone earns its line, because the district sits on a rock bluff over the Cumberland, and my aerial frames are what explain the taproom’s place in it. The rest of Neuhoff’s story — the packing plant, the blocks, the juries — lives on its own page in these liner notes. This page belongs to the beer hall that moved in while everything around it was still scaffolding.
